Festival Guidelines

Preregistration forms must be submitted/postmarked no later than August 20th
The Festival will take place rain or shine on September 1, 2008.
Arrival and setup is between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM Eastern Time.
An award will be given for the "Best of Show".
